OLIVER ANDREW WELLS

President of The London Soap Factory

Born in California, but a true East Coaster, Oliver Andrew Wells came up with the concept of The London Soap Factory over the summer of 2006. During the summer and early fall the unique recipes that are soap were researched and created. After the original soaps were made the website followed and debuted in November of that year.

With a B.A. in Media and a M.A. in Graphic Communication Management and Technology, Oliver has all of the education necessary to run a sucessful e-commerce business. Eight years of customer service skills made him ideal for a customer service retail service. Finally, after seeing quality and service suffer in almost every industry, he wanted to provide a product with the highest quality in its class, which has been an amazing and successful accomplishment.

Currently all marketing, design work, and product and concept development is done by Oliver. As the company grows he plans to always be at the front of operations to make sure that the quality and service never suffer or fall to the levels that many companies have let their products fall to. With customer service, design, and marketing experience and education, Oliver has all the key ingredients to construct the ultimate soap company, and believes he has.
