About our Company

Founded in September of 2006, The London Soap Factory was established in the northern section of Manhattan, New York City, NY. The mission statement is simple: To provide the highest quality hand made soap with the highest quality customer service.

All of our soaps are made of organic ingredients whenever possible. Every batch of our soap is made on site all by hand. All ingredients are natural with no artificial colours, ingredients, or preservatives. We pride ourselves on having all ingredients sent to our one location, or bought locally at some of New York's best markets, so that the production process can easily be controled from start to finish under our direct supervision. All business operations from packaging and shipping to running our website and online orders are also done on site so that there will never be any mistakes made.

With our high quality standards, our unique recipes, and our prime location in one of the world's most influential cities; we plan to continue to grow and become one of world's premiere hand made soap providers without every compromising our standards. We hope you are there the whole way.
